Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on your location and the carrier, so we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.

Shipping charges and any available free-shipping offer will be shown at checkout before you place your order. All shipments are tracked, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel seems delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can help look into it.
